Trained in catering, Barbara has been creating and designing wedding cakes for over 25 years. Not satisfied with just cakes, Barbara has developed her expertise to include the design of arts and crafts patterns, formal wear, garden design, mural painting and stationery design. For many years, Barbara has been responsible for organising many wedding receptions and other large gatherings.

Ellen has a wide range of artistic skills which she has developed from early childhood, but has never used professionally. Formally educated in America, she received a Bachelors Degree in English and has worked in the business sector ever since. Ellen has studied art at every opportunity as her main leisure pursuit and adds her own unique flair to everything she does. She has a natural ability to interpret ideas and needs of others with great attention to detail. Ellen has recently completed the Master Course at the Wilton School of Confectionary Art in Chicago.

Having recently taken over the Sugarcraft Emporium in Bromsgrove, we a re hoping that our shop will help further the success of Barbraellen's cakes and accessories.
